Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Lower Back Pain Along With Negative UPT? 

I had a miscarriage about a miscarriage about a month and a half ago. It was natural and I bled for a week. After it was done, I had unprotected sex on four different occasions. I had what i thought was period about two weeks ago, but i am now experiencing pregnancy symptoms. I took a test today and it said negative. When i was pregnant before i took four and they all said negative. Could I be pregnant or am i experiencing complications from the miscarriage? I have sore breast, cramping, and lower back back pain, etc.

I understand your concern.
I have read your query carefully.
During your previous pregnancy also you conducted pregnancy test four times & it was -ve all the times. The reliable result of pregnancy test is possible only after 8 days delay in menstrual period.
After an abortion menstrual cycle becomes irregular for few months.. at the same time immediate conception is possible after abortion.
You got period following the abortion after 2 weeks.. which is expected to be irregular.
Now you have sore breast, cramps & back ache which are possible symptoms of conception but not confirmatory symptoms. Pregnancy test/ USG abdomen are the specific tests to diagnose pregnancy.
You can do home pregnancy test at aforesaid mentioned time.
